Thank you for consulting Ecology on p.a. 26/00825/CHSR17|Application under the Habitats Regulations 2017 - 4 Shepards Huts and 5 Tents|Land N of 71 And W of 92 Hunstanton Road Dersingham Norfolk.

This application form states that this application is related to the planning application 26/00337/CAMP which is for seven pitches. However, this application is for four shepherds huts and 5 tent pitches which is a very different application and will be considered as such.
The applicant has stated they wish to rely on the 1 year subscription model of the GIRAMS tariff in the application form but shepherds huts are not covered by this subscription model unless they meet the definition of a caravan. There are no details of the shepherds huts given to confirm this is the case. Are these permanent? What are the elevations? Where will they be located?

The details in the sHRA are incorrect as the calculation of the tariff is not how the subscription model is calculated ' this section is to be filled in by the Planning Officer rather than the Applicant in any case. The form should generally be submitted as a word doc so Section 4 onwards can be completed by the Officer once submitted.

The main issues is the lack of details around the shepherds huts which required clarity before I could support the application.
