The applicant has provided a screening assessment indicating no known contamination. We have reviewed our files and the site is on land not seen developed for the duration of our records. The surrounding landscape is largely residential and industrial.
No significant potential sources of contamination are identified in our records, or in the information provided by the applicant.
We have no objection regarding contaminated land.
