The applicant has provided a site plan illustrating the proposed dwellings.
We have reviewed our files and the site is on land not seen developed in for the duration of our records. The surrounding landscape is largely agricultural and industrial.
No significant potential sources of contamination are identified in our records, or in the information provided by the applicant.
We have no objection regarding contaminated land.
