Thank you for consulting me on this application.The condition relates to details of works to the ceiling of St George's Passageway, and it is noted that the first stage of works (initial investigative opening up works) have previously been approved. This application therefore seeks remaining detail of the raising and reinstatement of the ceiling.
The details proposed within the submitted report are acceptable and I have no objection to the discharge of these details subject to accordance with that document.
