On studying the original application, I have noticed some inconsistancies.
#10 states there are 3 cars parked. There is usually a long wheel base LGV parked in the drive
#15 states that no trees are affected . There is a willow tree in the area
#17 states proposal does not involve gain of residential use. #18 states that there will be no change in non-residential use Future correspondence states that the mobile home will be used for overflow accommodation. I'm finding it difficult to harmonise the original application with future correspondence

I fully concur with all previous objections. I would like to add, that the proposed siting of the mobile home is in close proximity to the church, a grade 1 listed building, and also a grade 2 listed building - the Tramway ticket office.

As direct neighbours this mobile home will be dead opposite our rear garden and our home and we object. We do not consider a mobile home in any shape or form to be in keeping with the area or surrounding homes whatsoever. We do not wish to have on permanent view from our kitchen, bedrooms or rear garden this mobile home. If this is solely for the purpose of accommodating occasional family visits then an extension or conservatory would be more in keeping with its surroundings if no internal space is currently available. We have concerns that ultimately this mobile home could temporarily or permanently house workers which if passed could not be monitored and noise issues to our rear would be an issue along with the aesthetics and access for others.

We are concerned about the proposal, on the grounds that the overflow accommodation would be used to house workers for the convenience store. Apart from the effect on local employment, we have concerns about an increase in noise, traffic on the driveway, and parking on the road.
In view of the flouting of the previous planning application, regarding the removal of advertising boards, we wonder how it¿s permanent use as staff accommodation would be monitored.
Also, we have concerns that the siting of the mobile home would be incongruous with the existing landscape.

Please note that the drawing of the existing plan fails to show where there is currently another shed and a willow tree. Both of these would need to come down in order to make room for a static.

We are opposed to this application for several reasons. We feel that this is an un-neighbourly act with no consideration for the general area or surrounding residents.
We are certain that the height of the static would definitely be higher than the current fence line and is not something we wish to see as our property overlooks this proposed site. The removal of a willow tree would be a real shame and we cannot see how you would fit a static caravan in the plot without doing this.
We are also really concerned that this could be used for more permanent residence and in turn may cause further traffic on our shared driveway. Traffic and parked cars already causes us many issues with customers frequently parking over our driveway and preventing us from coming in or out.
Finally, a 4 bed house with only 2 occupiers should have ample room for the 'occasional' additional house guests.

This will be out of keeping with the surrounding area we have concerns that it will stand higher than the fence, we do not want to see this as our house overlooks this garden
Currently there is a 11 foot willow tree that will need to be removed
We have grave concerns that it will be used for permanent accommodation.
The amount of noise coming from the post office currently due to extended hours has been difficult to tolerate and I do not wish to see any other changes that would encourage further noise.
We are still awaiting removal of the shop sign that did not have planning permission which demonstrates the lack of regard that this shop has for the local area.
