We have no objection to the current fence along our shared driveway being replaced - it cannot look any worse than it does already. However, I do not see the need for this fence to be made even higher than it already is. What is the purpose for it to be made this high?
If he insists on making the fence this high then perhaps it would be neighbourly for him to provide some form of lighting down our shared driveway for our own safety as it is fast becoming a dark tunnel due to his continual planning applications, that particularly during the winter months will become a potential unsafe and vulnerable 'alley'.
