I am the immediate neighbour to the land where Mr & Mrs Atwell would like to develop into a dwelling.
I would be more than happy to see this happen, and remove the current derelict buildings that are currently in-situ, and create their own liveable housing.
It will improve the aesthetic of the area, and will help Mr & Mrs Atwell acheive their goal of the house they desire.
All the best to them, and I am prepared to help any way I can.
