I have already sent an email objecting to this. The site is overdeveloped and totally out of character. I did not receive notification of original plan for first extension or would also have objected.
These properties have caviats disallowing holiday lets this is the plan for this property.
There is not room for parking for a property of this size proven already with the constant illegal parking in the turning point making life difficult for us permanent redidents.

The planning already given has made this an eyesore to our street. The owner has made it common knowledge it is to be ANOTHER holiday let despite covenants on the land that make such properties unlawful.
Another additive to this already overbearing shadow maker will make the site totally over developed. The work done here already has destroyed a hedge line that was in situ for over 39 years, it has destroyed and depleted the existing footpaths both at the side and out the front of this property. further development will leave the public footpath in as much shade as the poor residents residing behind this property and whilst I am aware there is no right to light anymore BLOCKING LIGHT TO A DOOR OR WINDOW THAT HAS BEEN IN SITU FOR OVER 20 YEARS IS STILL A BREACH OF NATIONAL PLANNING LAW SO THEREFORE THE FIRST APPLICATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUSED. The residents have already been subjected to illegal parking, noise on every day of the week, weekends and bank holidays included, we certainly do not need an extension to this disturbance. We will also HAVE to put up with the noise from those he leases it to all year round!PLEASE GIVE US SOME RESPITE.

From my backroom have watched this extension being built and fully support the extra addition of a garage. This will be quite a substantial improvement to the original 3-bed semi and I like to see properties being improved for 21st century living.

This site is already over developed and will when finished stand out from the rest of the buildings in the area. There is already very little space for parking for such a big house, and by looking at the plans doubt you could get a car in the so called garage and get out of it. At present you could get a small car down the side of the house quite easily. This as with many garages will be a store and not somewhere to put a car.
