We fully support the application
However we would just like raise a concern of the lane that runs along side the exsisting garage and proposed new properties .
There are 4 bungalows and a farmer who require full access at all times down the lane .
We request full consideration and a possible clause placed on the building permission to ensure the residents and farmer maintain full access .
