I have briefly read this application, as a resident of Pentney I simply cannot see as to how the road infrastructure surrounding the site would allow for the return or additional commercial traffic.
I use Abbey Road on a daily basis and the section between Cross Gates farm through to Pentney Church, is so bad my car can and does very often ground out.
I would respectfully ask the Borough Council, consult with both Norfolk highways and the Pentney Parish Council on this issue please.
